I love these clean, bright and simple spaces. We are redecorating a few rooms in our home right now. Getting rid of some of the old and bringing in a little fresh and new. Looking at other people’s homes is one of my favorite things to do as far as internet is concerned. There are so many inspiring spaces out there. Our home feels like it is always a work in progress. I am constantly decorating and then redecorating; moving this sofa here and this rug here. Making a cozy and comfy home is hard work.
One thing that I am extremely proud of is how hard we have worked towards getting rid of the clutter that once filled our home. Back when I had a vintage shop, nearly four years ago and was hitting the thrift stores and estate sales several times a week, stuff started accumulating and it began to consume us. It has been a hard, yet rewarding journey and we all feel happier, lighter and healthier because of it.
Now to just nail down this awkward living design that we have. It’s still a head scratcher.
